Bartell, project director of iNTENTcheck^® . After serving the needs of businesses through accounting firms, consulting practices and as employees of privately-held, non-profit, and publicly-traded companies, Mr. Brophy and Mr. Bartell decided to fulfill the needs of businesses and organizations by providing cost-effective, non-intrusive, simple and intuitive technological products. After several years of research and development, their first product, iNTENTcheck^®, focuses on Governance, Risk and Compliance and Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 compliance solutions.
