Overview: |

The OiWare, Inc. Sales Associate position will lead the OiWare Sales
and Business Management team responsible for nationwide
coverage. This position is responsible for commitments
in OiWare revenue growth, business partner relationship
management, and building / leading a high performing
sales team. This person will work in tandem with the
Chief Executive Officer on the implementation processes
to ensure that we are continually focusing and aligning
our resources to win the nation’s top OiWare sales
opportunities. Other responsibilities include driving
activities to create a pipeline to achieve revenue
targets, strong team leadership and associate
development. |

Objectives: |
|
To help build and lead a world-class sales team to help capture market
share in the corporate governance business application
market |
| |
|
Qualifications: |
-
Ten plus years business application sales
-
Other related experience with prior management
experience
-
Previous successful management of sales team in
selling business applications
-
A
BA/BS degree is a minimum, MBA preferred (equivalent
experience)
|
| |
|
Skills: |
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Ability to manage business partnerships with
resellers
-
Knowledge with Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint &
Microsoft Word are a plus
