OiWare, Inc. is looking for some very sharp, motivated software developers and engineers with a passion for technology and a desire to excel in the software development and engineering field. As part of the OiWare Development and Engineering team you will help ensure that we are delivering the highest quality products to our customers. The OiWare Development and Engineering team is responsible for ongoing maintenance and enhancement of our current and future software products. As a key member of the OiWare team, you will often work directly with our product support associates, developing hot fixes and managing patch and service pack releases. In addition, you will help develop product upgrades and enhancements, and will assist our customers with integration and application compatibility issues. In excelling at the above responsibilities, you will be expected to quickly and efficiently resolve issues and ensure that our customer’s needs are met as they use the growing family of OiWare software products. Working closely with customer issues is challenging and rewarding. As an OiWare Developer and Engineer, your efforts will have a strong impact in many areas. Objectives:

• To provide ongoing product maintenance for OiWare products, producing and managing upgrades and enhancements.
• To assist with projects to improve the maintainability of our software products.  
• To assist in the development of current and future OiWare products.
• To be a key part of OiWare’s initiative to grow to be a renowned solution provider for a wide variety of highly satisfied customers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience with Microsoft Visual Basic.NET
• Strong familiarity and understanding of the Microsoft.NET platform
• Hands on experience and strong knowledge of object oriented programming concepts
• Minimum of 3 years experience with Microsoft SQL Server, 2000 and/or 2003
• Hands on experience and strong knowledge of relational database concepts and SQL commands
• A B.S in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
• Experience with Crystal Reports is a plus
